Convert Estimate to LOA
This does not change the Item Database by itself. Once converted, open it from "Saved & Finalized" and use "Convert to LAR" whenever you want its rates written into the Item Database (replacing the oldest LAR of each item).
If any items in this estimate will be procured separately by Stores (not part of this LOA), tick them below — they'll be excluded from this LOA's total and Convert to LAR, and clearly marked as Store Portion throughout.
