Item & Rate Database
This is also your Base Sheet Entry point — every item and LAR1/2/3 reference (with its uploaded file) you add or edit here is exactly what appears in the public View Base Sheet tab.
🔒 Editing is locked — only the item database credential can add/edit/delete.
Units
Rename a unit here to fix a typo — it updates every item in the database currently using it.

Convert Estimate to LOA
This does not change the Item Database by itself. Once converted, open it from "Saved & Finalized" and use "Convert to LAR" whenever you want its rates written into the Item Database (replacing the oldest LAR of each item).
Add New Item to Database
All fields below are mandatory. Enter the original Schedule/Tendered Value (X) and the TI/TD% the contractor quoted (positive = Tender Increase / above, negative = Tender Decrease / below). Resultant Rate = X + X × TI/TD%.
Add Rate Reference
All fields below are mandatory for every reference. Enter the original Schedule/Tendered Value (X) and the TI/TD% quoted (positive = Tender Increase / above, negative = Tender Decrease / below). Resultant Rate = X + X × TI/TD%.
Export CSV
Click Download below. If your browser or network blocks the download, copy the text underneath and paste it straight into Excel or Google Sheets — either way you get the full data.
Pick which items from this estimate should be written into the Item Database as a new LAR entry (replacing the oldest LAR of that item). Items already converted earlier are locked and can't be converted again — this option stays available any time to convert the rest later.
Bulk Import Items from an LOA (Excel)
Your Excel file needs a header row, then one row per item, in this exact column order: A: Item Code (optional — blank auto-generates one) B: Description * C: Unit *
D: Base Rate / X * E: TI/TD % * (0 if none) F: Reference Type (LOA/PO/GEM/BOQ)
G: Reference Text * H: Date * (YYYY-MM-DD) I: Item No. in Document *
Every row will be attached to the one LOA/PO/BOQ scan you upload below — that single file is shared across all rows in this batch.
If an Item Code matches something already in the database, this adds a new reference to it (skipped if that item already has 3);
otherwise a brand new item is created. Nothing is saved until you review the preview below and click Confirm Import.
